At Monte Carlo, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If a garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is unworn and has all original tags intact.

Return Process

  Log into your Monte Carlo account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, warranty cards, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A representative from our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide you with a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned apparel, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
